What we collect

• Your email address (to sign you in).
• Property details you enter (address, size, rooms, ARV and similar).
• Photos you upload of properties.
• If you join the waitlist: your email, flips per year and main market.

How we use your photos

Photos are used only to generate your own estimate. They are stored privately, are visible only to you, and are not sold or shared for advertising. Photos are processed by an AI provider solely to produce your estimate.

How we use other data

We use your email to sign you in and, if you joined the waitlist, to tell you about FlipNumber Pro. We do not sell your personal information.

Deleting your data

You can delete properties and photos inside the app. To delete your whole account and all associated data, email eliavasraf7@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete it within 30 days.
