1. What FlipNumber provides
FlipNumber provides screening estimates of renovation costs, generated from photos and details you upload. An estimate is not a contractor bid, not an appraisal, and not a home inspection. It is meant to help you decide which deals deserve a closer look.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Estimates are based only on what is visible in your photos and on general pricing data. Actual costs can differ significantly. Hidden conditions (such as foundation, plumbing, electrical, mold or permit issues) may not be detected. The service is provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Your investment decisions
You are solely responsible for your investment and purchasing decisions, including any offer you make. Always verify costs with a licensed contractor and inspector before buying.
4. Photos you upload
You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use. By uploading, you confirm you have those rights and allow us to process the photos to generate your estimate.
5. Accounts and plans
The free plan includes a limited number of estimates per month. We may change plans or features with notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipNumber is not liable for any losses arising from your use of estimates, including lost profits or overpayment for a property.
